Welcome to the Ketts Credit Union, where we put people before profit.

Who are we?
We are a financial co-operative, regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
What do we offer?
We provide low interest loans and simple, safe savings accounts for our members and their children.
Can I become a member?
Membership is open to anyone who lives in the North East of Norwich. There is a 1.00p entrance fee which means you become a co-shareholder, having an equal vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
How does it Work?
Save regularly any amount to suit your budget. Your savings may attract a dividend (profit share) payable in March following the AGM.
After eight weekly or two monthly payments you can borrow up to 2 times your savings - this can be increased to 3 times your savings subject to your account status. There is a maximum of 10,000 borrowing limit. (Subject to Loans Policy and FSA Regulation)
Who runs the Credit Union?
The Credit Union is run by it's members who elect a Board of Directors. There is also a credit committee dealing with loans and a supervisory committee acting as the internal audit service.
Are my savings safe?
Yes. We are governed by the 1979 Credit Union Act and we are fully covered by Fidelity Bond Insurance. Members savings are protected by Consumer Compensation Scheme.

Interest is charged on the loan balance at the end of each month. That's just 12.6% APR
Free Life Insurance and Loan Protection.
All savings earn life insurance cover and loans are protected in the event of your death.
